Showing In the Gallery - 35 Photographs Spanning George's 50 year career
George Roos is a seasoned photographer. During his professional career he has
worked as a staff photographer for:
The Metropolitan Museum of Art
Allied Chemical Corp
Helga Studio, which specializes in photographing art and antiques
and in 1973, staff photographer for the Knoedler and Hammer Galleries;
owned by Armond Hammer
As staff photographer George was sent to the Hermitage, the Pushkin and
the Russian State Museums to produce catalogs for exchange exhibits which were
held at the National Gallery in Washington, DC.

We hope that you will be able to attend our June, 2008 show "George Roos
Photography" This photographic art show begins on June 3rd, 2008 and continues
through July 5th, 2008. An open door reception will be held in George's honor on
Saturday June 21st 2008 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. 34 images from George's extensive
portfolio will be on display.
